Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of Submitd, the digital forms, e-signature and approval-workflow platform provided by LogicLoft, LLC.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Submitd (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by LogicLoft, LLC ("LogicLoft", "we", "us") for use by authorized staff of K-12 school districts and other educational organizations that have an agreement with us. If your district's agreement with LogicLoft conflicts with these terms, the district agreement controls.
Use of the Service
Submitd is for creating digital forms, collecting electronic signatures and routing forms for approval within your organization. You agree to use it only for that purpose and in line with your district's policies and applicable laws.
Accounts and sign-in
- Accounts are provided by your district. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure, including your Google or district single sign-on account if you use one.
- Do not share your sign-in or let anyone else use your account.
- Tell your district administrator right away if you think someone has used your account without permission.
Electronic signatures
When you sign a form in Submitd, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature on that form, and Submitd records the time and details of your signature as part of the form's history.
Data and content
- Forms, submissions and records in Submitd belong to your district.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of what you enter.
- We handle information as described in our Privacy Policy, and we keep backups and security measures in place to protect it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or against your district's policies.
- Try to access parts of the Service, or other people's information, that you are not authorized to see.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Share confidential district or student information with people who are not authorized to receive it.
Service availability
We work to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We will give advance notice of planned maintenance when we can.
Limitation of liability
Except as stated in your district's agreement with us, the Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and LogicLoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date below when we do. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
